In this interactive class, we discuss and explore:
* the impacts of trauma
* how it affects us emotionally
* how we can balance that out to create clarity and grounding in our
emotions
* how it’s mirrored in our nervous systems and physical state of being
* What is our somatic experience? (mind-body-spirit-emotions)
* reclaiming our bodies and the divine feminine
* breathwork as a bridge between body and soul
WHAT TO BRING: a mat/blanket, water bottle, notebook/pen
WHAT TO WEAR: comfortable clothing to move, pants with a drawstring or elastic waist

Morgyn is a multi-modal dance therapist, somatic recovery coach, and holistic core specialist who supports women to heal their hearts and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies through the healing power of movement, breath, and inner divine awareness. Her story and studies began as a “wounded healer” whose training and experience have included the necessity of self-love and self-healing which she teaches to others. She is a mental health advocate who overcame past lived experiences of mental illness based on childhood trauma. Her practice and approach is a culmination of 25+ years of study, professional practice, and personal recovery.
