A Black Girl’s Guide to Wine by Lisa Christine Frison, CSW
- Publisher : Independently published

- Paperback : 147 pages
- ISBN-13 : 979-8505968413
There is an air of sophistication with a knowledge of wine. It’s such a huge part of our lives. We drink wine at happy hours, on dates, and at brunch. We give it to friends on their birthdays, use it to seduce our lovers, and always drink it on New Year’s Eve. Yet, when you’re sitting at a restaurant and a glass of wine is being poured, how much do you really know about it?
Are you always looking for suggestions on a wine to buy or order? Have you ever had someone buy you a bottle of wine you loved and had no idea where to find it again? Should you really leave these decisions up to someone else? Whether you’re someone who loves to drink wine or completely new to it, this guide will help you navigate the mysterious vino world.
I created this book to give you the wine “basics” most enthusiasts know. You’ll learn how wine is made, major wine regions, how to evaluate a wine, and other essentials. Once you read this book, you’ll feel more comfortable ordering a glass at a restaurant or buying a bottle for your guests. It’s everything you need to know to look like a bougie wine snob or maybe a sophisticated person who knows a little bit about wine.
